Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Q How long does it take to ship an order?
A Generally we require 24-48 hrs to process an order. However, if there are any complications with the payment processing, or on special orders it may be delayed further. We do not process orders on weekends, therefore any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. You don't have to worry about items being out of stock due to our Dynamix inventory managment!
